Bridget Rissmiller serves as chief executive officer of BIR Group, a company she established after working as a financial analyst and researcher in New York City for companies such as CitiGroup, Argus Research, and Goldman Sachs. Over this period, she gained insight into a number of evolving trends in the FinTech, telecommunications, and media markets, as well as in real estate investment trusts (REITs). More recently, Bridget Rissmiller’s efforts at BIR have emphasized the multi-family real estate sector.

Ms. Rissmiller graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science in systems science engineering in 1999. She worked as a waitress to support her studies, though she managed to make time for the women’s varsity swimming team and philanthropic activities, such as working with the PENN Corp Community Service Program and PENN Pals, a Big Brother/Big Sister program. She continues to enjoy swimming in her free time and has also taken up photography.
